CIN Executive Forum

Organizational
Transformation through Continuous Improvement

Co-sponsored by Sierra College CACT

The Continuous Improvement Network (CIN) will host an Executive Forum on Organizational Transformation through the use of Continuous Improvement on Wednesday, November 14 at Orchard Creek Lodge, from 6-9 PM. Registration for the event is $55.00 per person.

The evening begins with an overview of the Continuous Improvement road map and the tools that have been effectively used by local businesses to change their organizations and cultures, ultimately boosting productivity.

Participants will hear from several executives of Continuous Improvement Network Member Organizations who have transformed their organizations using Continuous Improvement. Attendees will learn how these organizations engaged teams of employees in assessing their current processes and encouraged staff members to make incremental changes that reduced wasteful steps. Participants will benefit from the experience of leaders who have successfully shifted their internal culture to value continuous improvement.

In roundtable discussions, participants will share how they use the Continuous Improvement philosophy to transform culture with tools that measure, track and celebrate changes. Executives will have the opportunity to share and discuss their challenges, methods and successes with process improvement and how it has given
them a competitive advantage.

Companies have joined the Continuous Improvement Network (CIN) to share resources, experiences and training that support their efforts to change their organizations for the better.

Who Should Attend?
