Our keynote speaker MICHELLE KING is Director of Global PR for Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc., and is responsible for external communications for Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins in the U.S and worldwide. In her dozen years at Dunkin’ Brands, she has helped develop and implement award-winning communications campaigns for many of the brand’s most important initiatives, including Dunkin’ Donuts’ return to California, its first mobile app for payment and gifting, the company’s IPO in 2011, and the launch of literally hundreds of innovative new foods and beverages.
