You are invited to Harvard University for a program on the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) that will include presentations by Marc Ruppel, PhD, Senior Program Officer for the NEH Division of Public Programs and Pluen Bouricius, PhD, Director of Grants and Programs at Mass Humanities. Presentations will be followed by a panel discussion with recent NEH award recipients and the opportunity for questions and answers. Please join us at 9:15am for coffee and refreshments prior to the start of the program. This event is free and open to the public but seating is limited and registration is required.

Dr. Ruppel will be available for consultations with individuals or collaborative groups to discuss programs or projects that they plan to submit for NEH funding. To schedule a 30 minute appointment with Dr. Ruppel, please contact Erin Cromack at cromack@fas.harvard.edu. Candidates will be asked to email a one-paragraph description of their projects to Dr. Ruppel by December 2. Please note that for those planning to submit proposals for grants to NEH divisions other than the Division of Public Programs, advice may be limited to discussion of humanities significance and direction to the appropriate grant program.
