CANCELLATION POLICIES
Regarding Conference Registrations and Pre-Conference History Symposium: In order to receive a refund for Conference and Pre-Conference Registrations, the cancellation must be completed before Monday, March 3, 2014.
Regarding Hotel Reservations with the Hyatt: Individual names must be provided for each reservation even if multiple reservations are made by a single payer. Cancellation of a reservation after December 30, 2013 but prior to January 24, 2014 shall be charged for one night's stay. Cancellation of any reservation after January 24, 2014 shall be charged for all nights originally reserved.
