the Danish-Estonian Chamber of Commerce. This year the format is French style.
We will enjoy our French style dinner at a newly opened French  Cafe Lyon.

Menu of the evening
Welcome snack: Duck liver pate with crispy brioche and 63,5c egg
Starter: Norwegian salmon marinated in beetroot-orange bouillon, salad, caviar, black-pepper
Main course: low-temp eco beef filet  with ash-potatoes, beef and mushroom reduction
Dessert: panna cotta with grape granita and congnac tuille  
* The menu is accompanied with locally baked bread, coffee, tea and water and Cava Castillo Perelada Brut. Further alcoholic drinks at participants own expense.

Participation 30€ flat fee applies for everyone. Registration is open till Dec 4 at 12:00. Cancellations made later than Dec 3 are still liable for full payment.
