Straight Talk: The Franchise Loan Connection 

Please join leading franchise information firm, FRANdata in cooperation with industry legal experts, Bryan Cave LLP and the International Franchise Association (IFA) for a networking event geared towards providing key insight on successful franchise loan processes

The program will enable participants to discuss the process by which both lenders and franchisors go about obtaining franchisee loan deals, specifically:

1. How lenders will be able to better qualify franchise systems that meet their credit criteria and meet the franchisors that are growing in order to increase their franchise lending portfolio.  Panelists will be able to share what sets their bank apart from others, and what they look for specifically in franchise deals.
2. Examine tools and resources that Franchisors use to better prepare their prospective franchisees to close successful deals with lenders.  The event will also address special franchisee-specific financing programs that lenders offer.
