About Encounter 2014 This year we have up to 54 sessions for you to choose from. Both platforms will be covered, some classes in Eterm, some in Solar and some in both. These classes are presented by UFO Members, Epicor Consultants, Zerion Group Consultants and UFO Vendor Partners. We even have a place for a small group of attendees to meet together to discuss topics they choose. Just tell us that you would like to have a small group meeting and we will see what we can do, first come first served because space and times are limited. Click this link to download a PDF of the Encounter 2014 Conference grid. Click here for the full Session Description by Time Slot document. We have blocked 150 rooms for you at the Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel, no need for a rental car because they have a shuttle. Our room rate is $115 plus tax, single or double. Check out the "Savings in the City" card for discounts on Atlanta activities at the bottom of this page. Encounter 2014 registration includes breakfast, lunch, breaks and two receptions. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel for dinner and they have restaruants on site too! When booking your rooms on the site provided, see the left panel, the conference room nights are the 17th and 18th only. If you want additional nights you will have to contact the hotel directly and make sure you tell them you are with the Eclipse Users Group Encounter Conference. Extra room nights may be priced differently and are limited. |
Registration Opens Friday May 2, 2014
