Join Cy Wakeman, Inc., on March 25th & 26th, 2014, for a special Reality-Based Leadership Certification workshop in Kansas City. In this two-day course, participants will learn to deliver Reality-Based Leadership (RBL) as a "CyChologist."

The first day of the course will consist of attending the course as a participant; and the second day, the participants will teach back a predetermined section of the course. Staff from Cy Wakeman, Inc., will conduct the evaluations and make a recommendation for certification*.

Attendees who pass the course will have the benefit of using RBL within their organizations and also as a revenue-generator for themselves by teaching the course for other organizations. Certified trainers may teach the course as often as they like. Course materials will be available to pre-purchase or can be purchased as needed.

Prerequisites to attend this course are that the participants have:

• a passion for Cy's Reality-Based Philosophy(tm),
• at least 2 years experience as a course facilitator (or relevant experience),
• and at least 2 years experience in either a leadership/managerial role or employee relations experience.

The fee for this two-day certification course is $4,995 (early bird registration discount of $500 if registered by 12/31/13) and includes:

• the facilitation workbook, 
• one participant workbook,
• Reality-Based Leadership presentation DVD,

• Reality-Based Leadership mem-cards,

*Attendees who don't pass the certification course will have the option of retaking the course (for a reduced fee) or teaching as trained trainers within their own organizations.
