Literacy Kansas City presents
The 20th Annual Corporate Spelling Bee

Do you hear that buzz?

It's the sound of corporate hives all over Kansas City flexing their spelling muscles in anticipation of the
20th Annual Corporate Spelling Bee
to benefit Literacy Kansas City
Pierson Auditorium at UMKC
5000 Rockhill Road  Kansas City, MO 64110

Here's how the Bee works...
Companies sponsor a four-member team. Each team gets one chance per round to spell a word correctly. Spelligans are available prior to the Bee to buy a team out of a word they don't want to spell!

... but that's not all!
You don't have to have a team to have fun! Bring your friends to enjoy a night of fun spelling competition, and good food, great drinks, and a fantastic Live & Silent Auction that you don't want to miss.

Why should I come to the Bee?
Bee-cause it's FUN!

And did you know that Kansas City is home to as many as 225,000 adults who can't read? Since 1985, Literacy Kansas City has served thousands of low-literacy adults in our community, and while we have accomplished a great deal, there is still much to do. Your participation in the Bee supports our free, one-to-one tutoring programs and helps make it possible for us to fulfill our vision of literacy for all.

Spelling Team sponsorships start at $3,000 - Only 20 spots available!

We offer a variety of corporate and individual sponsorships at varying levels, as well as individual tickets for just $75 each!
