| Frequently Asked Questions: Who should attend from my organization? We highly recommend any ODT power users attend this meeting, also, branch managers, IT/Ops Managers, as well as any high level dispatchers that spend most of their day using ODT. When is the meeting? We will have meetings all day Wednesday, April 16th and until 2:30 pm on Thursday, April 17th. We will also host a cocktail reception the evening of Tuesday, April 15th for anyone who will be arriving in San Antonio early. On the 16th we will host an event for all attendees on the San Antonio River Walk. What meals are provided? DQ will provide breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks during the meetings on Wednesday and Thursday. We will also host a cocktail reception on Tuesday the 15th and an evening event that will include food and drink on Wednesday, April 16th at the River Walk. Can I bring a guest? Feel free to bring a guest – we won’t have any events planned for them but the resort and San Antonio will provide plenty for them to do while you are in meetings. You are welcome to bring your guest to our evening reception on the 15th and the 16th but please let us know that you will be a +1 so we can make the a name badge for entry and so we have accurate counts for food and beverage services. How much does the ODT Experience Cost? The cost for the full two day conference and all networking opportunities is $699 per attendee. We are offering an early bird discount of $50 if you register before February 28th (use code: EARLYBIRD on registration page). San Antonio International Airport (SAT) - http://www.sanantonio.gov/sat How do I get to the hotel from the airport? The airport is 17 miles away, about 20 minutes from the Hyatt. The Hyatt does not have shuttle services, but there are a couple of options. A taxi is about $50 one way; the airport offers a shuttle which is $68 round trip. What will the weather be like? Typically in the month of April San Antonio sees highs in the 80’s and lows in the 50’s. |
