This class provides a general introduction to Crowd Funding (including the latest changes allowing general solicitation for equity investment) and insights into what approaches have worked in the past and how you can take advantage of this funding approach to grow your business.
You will be introduced to the growing number of "crowd funding sites" and how they work. You will hear about several very successful funding efforts and have an opportunity to discuss what (might have) led to their success. You will hear about the basic statistics regarding crowd funding as well as some key approaches to maximize the proceeds from a crowd funding project.

He understands managing change and has direct experience developing and launching products and services in various industries including automotive, aerospace/defense, consumer durables and real estate, to name a few.
