The Early Bird (until Tuesday, January 7th) fees are as follows:

Tickets for the Friday night gathering may be purchased for an additional fee of $60 per attendee when you register for an Exhibit Table.

All exhibit spaces are pre-assigned.  You may not change your pre-assigned location.  Exhibitors must check-in with the Registration Office in the Alleghany Room prior to setting up exhibit space.  Exhibitors may begin set-up at their pre-assigned space AFTER 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 6.  

HOTEL RESERVATIONS Each exhibitor should make their hotel reservations directly with the Williamsburg Lodge or The Woodlands, Colonial Williamsburg.  You can make your reservation by calling:

Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

  • The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages or claims arising out of the exhibitor's activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the hotel, its owner and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants and employees, and the Diocese of Southern Virginia, its agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.

  • Setup for exhibits is from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday, February 6 and 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday, February 7.  Tables must be dismantled no later than 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 8.

  • The exhibit registration fee includes one 3ft x 6ft skirted table, one trash can and two chairs.  Easels, Internet connections and other set-ups are available from Williamsburg Lodge for an extra charge.


  • Neither the Diocese of Southern Virginia nor Williamsburg Lodge will be responsible for unsupervised equipment.  Local security will be on duty day and night, but valuables are the responsibility of each exhibitor.

  • Designations of Exhibit space is provided at the sole discretion of the Diocese of Southern Virginia.

  • Exhibit space is limited, please be sure to register early.

for Annual Council

Payments by Credit Card

Registering and paying online is the fastest way to complete a registration.   

DioSoVA accepts credit and debit cards through the PayPal online secure payment system. 

You do not need a PayPal account to send payment through the online registration system.

Payments by Check or Money Order

Select “I will send payment by check” option. 

Complete the online registration form, then mail with full payment (check or money order) to: Diocese of Southern Virginia, 600 Talbot Hall Road, Norfolk, VA 23505-4361.

Late Fees

Please note that registration is not be finalized until payment is received. 

Please send payment postmarked no later than Tuesday, January 7th to avoid any late fees.

Refund of Registration Fee

Cancellation up to and including January 24, 2014 will be refunded upon request. 

Cancellations received after January 24, 2014 will not be refunded.

Non-refundable registration fees are transferrable to another participant.  

Special requests for refunds will be managed on a case-by-case basis. 

No Shows

If you are unable to attend an event and have not cancelled by January 24, 2014, your payment will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

DioSoVA reserves the right to cancel any event.  In the event of cancellation, registrants will receive a full refund.  We also reserve the right to substitute event presenters and modify dates and programs.

Special Needs

DioSoVA serves the entire community and welcomes people with special needs.  Please contact the Registration Contact at least one week prior to the event with special need requests.
