Spreadsheets for Business 

                           

  This course is for small business start-ups and gives you basic information on how to create spreadsheets, what information to include and how to utilize to evaluate everything your business does. Class focuses Excel cash flow projection worksheets, step by step instructions on how to complete along with profit & loss statements, sales forecast worksheets, etc. Also included is a discussion about of each, analysis, and the key elements in making sound business decisions based on the information.

John DeGaetano is a bank executive with extensive experience in administration, marketing, sales planning, training, operations, auditing, project management and financial analysis. John conducts workshops on business plan writing, sales and marketing timelines, creating start up operations and analysis, financial projections and related topics. John most recently served as First Vice President and Regional Manager for a community bank in the Bay Area where he played a major role in the bank’s growth development.
