Build the Right Team for Sustained High Growth

Paul Kenny, founder Cobone.com & Triperna.com, will share his strategies for leading Cobone's leadership team to high growth and high profitability. He was selected as the 10th most influential person at the age of 30 in the Middle East and one of the 25 most important people in technology in the region. In 2012, Paul won the Middle East Entrepreneur of the Year by Gulf Business and the Ernst & Young Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year.

Karen will lead a workshop on finding meaning and happiness in life and how high achievers can all too often fall into trap that lead to unhappiness. Prior to co-authoring her recent book, Karen was the Editor of Harvard Business Review and is now a Contributing Editor. For ten years, she was the Deputy Editor of Inc. magazine chronicling the growth of America's top entrepreneurs.

Shelly Porges has worked with 6 startups with 5 successful exits and over $200 million raised.  She is the former Senior Advisor, Global Entrepreneurship Program (GEP) at the U.S. State Department.  Before joining the State Department, she had a distinguished career in the private sector and is a recognized marketing and strategy expert having launched products, brands and companies.

Ken Morse is the co-founder of 6 high tech startups with MIT friends and classmates: five went public or were successfully merged; one was a disaster.  He is also a professor in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Global Sales Strategies, and served as the  Founding Managing Director of the MIT Entrepreneurship Center, 1996-2009. He is the Chairman of Entrepreneurship Ventures Inc. This highly interactive session will help you focus on getting your sales machine firing on all 8 cylinders. According to Ken, sales is not everything: it is the only thing!

Dr. Joshua Weiss is the co-founder of the Global Negotiation Initiative at Harvard University. He is also the founder of ColorJar, which helps entrepreneurs accelerate their ideas. 3:30 - 4 PM     Learn from Loai Nassem, the Founder and CEO of Lomar, one of Saudi Arabia's most successful new brands. With nearly ten years in advertising and communications, in 2005 Loai launched his fashion design business with the concept of "Redefining the Thobe" - Lomar. The brand was so strong that it quickly became a sensation.
