Do you love seafood? Do you want to learn more about where it comes from? Do you want to sit back, relax with a glass of wine and a deliciously prepared meal with oysters? If you answered yes at least once, you should join us for dinner at Coastal Provisions Market Wine Bar and Café. Chefs Scott Foster and Daniel Lewis have put together a custom menu for the evening's 5-course meal featuring oysters with an appropriate wine pairing with each dish. Cost is $50 per person for federation members and $60 per person for non-members (includes a 1-year membership). Seating is limited and registration is required.

While we wine and dine, the federation will give local updates about shoreline restoration efforts and opportunities to get involved. The main event will be hearing from a local waterman that works hard to harvest local shellfish and get local seafood to your table. Learn about the importance of oysters in our waterways and how you can help us protect their habitat.
