Amy Black is a Boston-based singer/songwriter with Muscle Shoals roots and the soul of the south in her songs. This summer she recorded with Spooner Oldham at FAME and in Nashville at historic Studio A.
Join Amy for a night celebrating the music of Muscle Shoals and her new Nashville album "This Is Home." The evening features Spooner Oldham, David Hood, BeBop Evans and very special guest Shannon McNally opens the show.
Amy will perform many of the classics recorded in Muscle Shoals through the years by artists including Wilson Pickett, Arthur Alexander, Etta James, Lou Rawls, Bob Dylan and others, plus some of her original music from the new album that represents her soulful songwriting style and vocals.
