Grant Writing Essentials

With an increasing number of organizations competing for fewer grant funds, nonprofits must become more strategic in their grant research and grant writing efforts.

This fast-paced workshop will guide participants through essential funder research strategies, a proposal development process, and help participants understand how to avoid common grant-writing mistakes.

This workshop is intended for nonprofit staff, board members and volunteers, and for local units of government and school districts.

If you have limited time or limited experience in grant-writing, this valuable training opportunity is designed for you.  Attendance is limited so register today!

This workshop will be presented by Linda Holliday at the Initiative Foundation's office in Little Falls. Registration fee is $35 and includes a complimentary, one day pass to Minnesota Grantmakers Online. The morning session will be from 8:30 - noon.

Note: Laptops will be used for hands-on funder research. Please bring a laptop to the training.
