Introduction to the Meisner Technique with Tiffany Mitchenor 

This class will teach you how to use your immediate instincts as an actor. Through the use of Meisner's repetition exercises you will learn how to become more attuned to others and yourselves, leading to stronger, braver, more authentic acting choices. This class is progressive therefore attendance and punctuality for each class section is strongly encouraged. This class will meet on Wednesday evenings for four weeks starting Feb. 19, 2014.

Tiffany Mitchenor

Tiffany Denise Mitchenor received her Master of Fine Arts degree in Acting from the University of California - Los Angeles. During her time in Los Angeles she taught several acting classes to UCLA undergraduate students and was rigorously trained in scene study, movement, voice and speech, directing, the Alexander technique, and the Meisner technique. Since her Atlanta arrival in the summer of 2012 she has worked at Georgia Shakespeare, Actors Express, and Theater Emory.
