Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin

That's right - Chef Michael Wolf of Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin (OHOW) was named Best Hospital Food In Wisconsin - 2014 at the 4th Annual Hospital Food Fight. Chef Michael and his team beat 3 time winner Chef Sean Durbin and the crew from Wheaton Franciscan Elmbrook Memorial Hospital.

Chef Michael was last year's runner up in the cooking competition. He and his crew pulled out all of the stops with this year's winning dish. They served Halibut Saltimbocca with Sweet Corn Polenta, Arugula Salad and Preserved Lemon. You can see the winning recipe here.

We would also like to congratulate Chef Brent Russell from

Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. Chef Brent is this year's runner up with his Red Snapper Jicama Slaw and Spiced Black Bean Puree.

Stillwaters is the only organization in Wisconsin that provides professional, cancer-specific counseling and emotional support at no cost. Committed to the healing of one's body, mind and spirit, the counselors at Stillwaters work to ensure that everyone has the support they need to address the emotional stress and anxiety of a cancer journey.
