Looking for something unique, special and fun to do on Valentine’s Day? Whether coupled or single we can all benefit from learning some new culinary passion inspired tricks to use in the kitchen! In this hands-on class we’ll prepare a 3-course meal and enjoy the fruits of our labor while enjoying a wine tasting chosen to compliment the menu by Newport Wine Cellars. We’ll start our evening with an oyster shucking demonstration and prepare a beautiful oysters on the half shell presentation. For the main dishes we’ll incorporate fabled aphrodisiacs lobster, anise, asparagus and more! And, for dessert it will most certainly be chocolate, the nourishment of the Gods. Bring your love of fine food, and feel free to BYOB.
