If you've been to Jamestown FiSH restaurant you have no doubt enjoyed Chef Matthew MacCartney’s delicious and artful interpretations of locally sourced ingredients and especially well prepared local fish and shellfish. In this hands-on cooking class Chef Matthew will share his wealth of culinary talents, tips & tricks in the kitchen and share his love of food & wine. Chef Matthew has worked & apprenticed in some of the world’s most famous restaurants - Cibreo in Florence, Italy, Daniel in NYC and Pasta Nostra in Norwalk, CT, studied at the New York City Technical College & holds a diploma from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust. We’ll taste everything we prepare in class and taste wines to compliment the menu.
