About Us

The Greater Houston Industrial Hygiene Council (GHIHC) is an informal group of industrial hygienists and safety professionals who meet six times per year to discuss trends in the safety profession, share challenges (and their solutions), and network with their peers in an educational setting. Industry professionals provide practical lessons in management, equipment, and compliance. Academic experts present the latest in research and technology.  No membership fees.

Schedule for 2014

We meet the third Thursday of each even-numbered month at the University of Texas Operations Center Building located at 1851 Crosspoint Avenue, Houston, Texas.

There is a $55 registration fee for each meeting. Lunch and continuing education units included. Register at least 24 hours in advance to receive a hard copy of your certificate of attendance at the meeting.
