"Food for Life" is a series of 12 nutrition lectures, demonstrations, and discussions held on Tuesdays at 12:00pm that use nutrition basics to apply advanced, relevant concepts that will help you create new and useful skills for a healthy lifestyle. Each session will be hosted by a Registered Dietitian or specialist who will create a comfortable and engaging atmosphere for learning.
Food and healthy eating can be powerful tools used to improve our vitality and help us get the most out of life. The wealth of misinformation available can deter our efforts towards healthy living - be in the know and join us for 12 weeks of a healthier you!
Please note: "Food for Life" does not include the amenities of the individual Get Fit for Life programs. Consider registering for the Get Fit for Life Exercise or Nutrition tiers, and you will receive all the amenities of the program PLUS free access to the Food for Life seminars!
