DC Student/Faculty:  50% regular pricing (Discount Code STUFAC)

Retakes/Prepaids:  If you had previously registered for any portion of the course that you did not attend, choose one of the "Prepaid" options.  For those who have taken any of the courses from 2010 to 2013 and are looking for a refresher - 50% off regular pricing.  Choose option on registration form.   Both of these options will be verified.

CEUs: 
CHIROPRACTORS:  We submit applications for the state in which the training is taking place, plus all direct bordering states. CEUs are not guaranteed for any state for any part.
MN Dates/Location:  MN, WI (WI not available for Part 1A)
CT Dates/Location:   MA, NY, NJ
These states are "pre-approved" for any date/location:  CO, CT, DE, DC, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MT, NE, NM, ND, OR, RI, SC, UT, VT, VA, WA
CEU credit is NOT available for DCs licensed in AZ or ME for either location.   
 
All other states, prior to registering, please contact ceu@vincentmanagement.com with your profession and the state in which you are licensed to inquire as to whether or not CEUs might be available.  Refunds will not be issued for lack of CEU availability if you have not inquired in writing prior to registering. 
  
PHYSICAL THERAPISTS:  We do not submit for pre-approval ahead of time.  CEUs will be applied for based on registrations receive and requests to apply, provided there is adequate time to do so.  Please email us at ceu@vincentmanagement.com PRIOR to registering to inquire.
 
All other professions, we will work with you in providing the necessary documentation for you to self-submit for CEUs.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Course registration fees will be refunded as follows:  Cancellation with request for a refund more than 15 days prior to Part 1A or 2A is subject to a $100 cancellation fee unless the registrant chooses to attend another Part 1A or 2A course that may be offered. Cancelling with less than 15 days notice will result in loss of 50 percent of the course fee. Failure to attend any Part will result in no refund of the course fee. Fascial Manipulation© Workshops reserves the right to cancel at any time and will issue a full refund.  Fascial Manipulation Workshops and/or VMI Seminar solutions will not refund travel expenses.
