The Affordable Care Act for Sole-Proprietors & Small Business Owners

 In this workshop, participants will learn what to consider when shopping for a health insurance plan; plans and coverage available through the NYS Insurance Marketplace; New Federal poverty guidelines and their implications; calculating projected income for the self-employed; the difference between monthly premiums, co-payments, deductibles and maximum out of pocket amounts; and using website resources.
