Rich is a member of AXA’s Advanced Marketing Team in Farmington.  He is a graduate of Fordham University where he studied economics, and a graduate of Boston College Law School. He is a former Captain of the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corp Defense Counsel. He has been a long time member and participant with  LIMRA’s Advanced Marketing Committee.

Tom has been in his current position since August 1994.  He works closely with Guardian’s GA’s; Disability Income Supervisors; Field Representatives; and Brokers to promote the sale of Guardian/Berkshire’s individual DI products.  Prior to this he was the Marketing Services Specialist for 5 years.  He composed many of the company’s competitive and marketing pieces that are currently in use today.  He received his RHU designation in March 1992.
