Learn from three pastors who have decades of experience in dealing with transition and how it impacts a church leadership team:

Transitioning through a move and refocus.  Gene Appel and  lders of Eastside Christian Church in Anaheim will share how they helped the church get a clear and concise focus while moving to a new location that would allow for the tremendous growth that God was sending their way.

Transitioning through a key leadership change. Hear from Bruce Templeton as he shares about his 25 years at First Christian Church in Huntington Beach. Learn how God has blessed their ministry and led Bruce through transition at the key leadership level.

Transitioning after moral failure. John Scott of Community Christian Church in Hemet will share how the church needed to be led through a very painful time that could have ended it’s existence. God had other plans and today it’s a thriving ministry with 1000+ attending every weekend.
