Working with Multiple Generations

in the Workplace

Join us on Tuesday, January 28th, 2014 for Learn @ Lunch

Today's workplaces address a complex set of demands and they do that with employees from different generations, who have different values and priorities.  This session will examine those values and priorities and suggest ways to draw the best from these differences to foster creative and productive workplaces.  You will learn values of different generations, how these values impact work styles and how to draw the best from these styles.

Presented by the Pacific Center for Leadership

Kim Bater is a human development consultant providing facilitation and training services to  government, business and community organizations. A certified Life Skills Coach since 1991 and Coach Trainer since 1993, Kim has trained new coaches in facilitation techniques, communication skill building, conflict resolution, problem-solving approaches, effective feedback, group development, and program planning and delivery.
