VibrAnalysis is proud to work with Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de Puerto Rico in order to bring its associates the best seminars with continuous education credits. Lean on Reliability Xpress provides 6.5 contact hours.
Lean on Reliability Xpress is the most important seminar in the Caribbean for reliability and predictive maintenance professionals. It will be a one-day forum to provide our customers and partners with the necessary guidance to reap the complete benefits of their process optimization efforts. During this edition, the main topic will be Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Business Process.
Planning & Scheduling
In order to achieve efficiency within the maintenance department, careful identification, preparation, scheduling, and execution of maintenance tasks must be a core skill of the organization. It’s important to leverage the skill and knowledge of every person in the organization, regardless of where they fit in on the organization chart.
The key to success is process discipline. This can be achieved through careful definition of roles and responsibilities, and speaking actively rather than passively while using specific forms of communication.
During this one-day seminar you will learn new techniques while having the opportunity to network and learn amongst peers dealing with the same challenges.
