Join SEMAP at our Annual Winter Networking Meeting!
Monday, January 27th
3:00pm - 6:30pm
Simpson Spring: 719 Washington St., South Easton, MA
NEW FARMING ENDEAVOUR - FARM FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - PROGRAMMATIC UPDATES
Simpson Spring, host
Our host, Simpson Spring, is the oldest independent bottling plant in the United States, providing pure spring water and old fashioned, hand-mixed sodas. Participants of the networking event will be able to take a tour of the family-owned and operated business, including a look at the facility and the spring itself. Located in South Easton, Simpson Spring is more than just a bottling plant: they run a company store, musuem, and Saturday market.
"Ask the Expert" Sessions
Dorothy Suput, executive director of The Carrot Project will be on hand before the meeting to hold mini 'Ask the Expert' sessions to discuss farm finance questions. Contact Kristen Irvin (kirvin@semaponline.org) to reserve one of these 20-minute one-on-one sessions to help start the conversation about your farm's equipment, buildings or other capital needs!
The Ask the Expert sessions will run in 20 minute slots from 3pm to 4pm. There's limited availability, so email Kristen today!
