TIPS is an accelerated skill-building workshop and implementation event that trains participants how to effectively use a structured team-based approach, to eliminate the root cause of costly performance problems. 

• Understand the utlility of solving problems using a team-based approach involving those closest to the process
• Learn techniques for generating creating ideas
• Learn how to use methods and tools for facilitating consensus decision making
• Understand how to use a structured eight-step problem solving model with problem solving tools
• Learn interactive learning skills and meeting facilitation techniques.
