Capital Con DC is kicking off its first science fiction/fantasy convention in the best city of the world, Washington, DC.  We plan to feature some of the industries most talented artists, writers, and actors.  We'll be featuring great panels, round table discussions, costume contests, children's programming, and a great artist alley.
