Dave is the author of the book Live and Learn or Die Stupid!  The book focuses on personal contentment and performance excellence.  His second book, The Power of Understanding People, was released in December 2013 and was immediately named Best Business Book of the Month by Amazon.

What exactly is Dave going to talk about?
This program was named the Meeting Madness Winner 2013 for best event of the year by Meeting Professionals International at the World Education Congress in Las Vegas.   

The first segment of the three-hour seminar involves a brief overview of applied cognitive psychology and requires participants to fill out The Leadership difference's exclusive interactive styles assessment. Participants then learn about the 12 fundamental interactive styles as Dave relates each style to characters from internationally-known motion pictures. This themed technique is both an incredible learning tool and wildly entertaining.

Learn how to use techniques in selling situations, provide customer service excellence, strengthen leadership techniques, and deal with change and other workrelated scenarios.  Through these vignettes, Dave enables attendees to have many intriguing insights about their own unique interaction style and how to communicate more successfully with a wide variety of style “types”.  Participants then learn how to present information about ideas, products and/or services in a manner that is most engaging to those with a different interactive style.  And, since Dave uses examples from our personal lives, the insights also apply to marriages, parenting and friendships!
