This course has been designed to prepare inspectors for the challenges of working with the insurance industry. Utilizing information from experienced inspectors and outside sources, this class is aimed to strengthen your knowledge in the insurance field, inspections and reporting.

Participants will learn to perform compliant inspections and create reports that are “insurance friendly” using the regulatory compliances of the insurance industry. Evaluations, investigative techniques and instruction on scoping and creating reports while using accepted industry formats.

Reporting and communication in industry terms will also be reviewed extensively in this course. Upon completion, participants will have the ability to competently scope and report exterior damage.
