Donation of quality doorprizes will result in priority booth placement and mention in promotion to our Churches.

Please indicate your interest on your registration. Or contact Chapter Treasurer, Janet Bresson, as soon as possible.

NOTE - Grand prize will be a $1000 VACATION PACKAGE provided by the Dallas Chapter.
 And paid for with your registration fees. At your recommendation, r
egistrants will be given a "gamecard" and required to have it stamped at your booths in order to be eligible to enter the drawing.

Lead a Breakout Session

 
We will be providing limited opportunities for businesses to speak at one of only five breakout sessions on the main showroom floor. You are invited to apply to speak to attendees for up to 15 minutes on a topic relevent to Church Administration. Assignments will be based on the merit of the topic.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Set-up begins no earlier than 8:30 AM
  • Approximately 10' x 10' booth area
  • Each Exhibitor will be provided one 6' table and two chairs. You will be responsible for covering and decorating your table
  • Limited electrical outlets, please request in advance
  • Registration includes lunch for one person
  • Additional company representatives must pay $10 each for lunch
