Carol Bryant, Darlene Bryant, and Dexter Bryant are proud to announce the 2014 Wigglebutt “Fun-draiser” gala to benefit OBG Cocker Rescue.
Wigglebutt Warriors is the official fundraising arm of Fidose of Reality. Crusading to save dogs’ lives is our mantra. We are proud to announce our 2014 event.
THE BIG EVENT
On September 20, 2014, the Olde Towne Pet Resort in Sterling, Virginia will play host to “Wigglebutts Go Hollywoof,” where Carol, Darlene, and Dexter will walk the red “paw-pet” with 100 of their shining star guests. This gala is pet-friendly!!!
WIGGLEBUTTS GO HOLLYWOOF DETAILS
Guests will be treated to an evening of surprises and upscale fun, where the evening is centered on the entire “Hollywoof” experience, including:
- A dog-welcoming evening including dinner, dancing, prizes, and surprises at a first-class luxury pet resort (Olde Towne Pet Resort) in beautiful Sterling, Virginia.
- The First Annual “Wiggy” awards from the Wigglebutt Warriors in a variety of categories, with 10 doggy guests in attendance being selected from a panel of peers to win trophies and prizes. Click here for all the deets on the Wiggy awards!
- Media coverage and post on the Step and Repeat
- Walking the red carpet, media interviews, pose for paw-parazzi, and more!
- Swag bags, mingling, networking, laughs, "fun-draising," and memories made!
- Cash bar
- A divine menu of appetizers and dinner caterered by R&R Catering of Northern Virginia
- Dancing to the musical sounds of Touch of Class DJ, Mike Guariglia
- Wigglebutt Silent Auction
- One lucky doggy or kitty attending will win a Custom Miniature version of their dog or cat as sculpted and designed by Lucy Maloney, Miniature Dog Artist.

All guests are encouraged to dress in true Hollywood glam style, with Dexter setting the “bark” high for doggy apparel. Dress as you would to walk the red carpet!! You are welcome to wear dress slacks, a business suit, a tux, a dress, or a gown!
Yes, dogs are encouraged to dress up for Hollywoof glam. We have commissioned Anthony Rubio, who designed the outfits for the Wigglebutt Wedding. Rubio will be designing Dexter’s couture and he will be available for custom apparel design.
COST
$103 PER PERSON and $5 PER PET (Maximum two pets per family unless previously approved by event managers)
LIMITED TICKETS
Because this is an exclusive red carpet opportunity, we are limiting tickets to 100 total. You can print your ticket upon purchase.
Once we reach 100 tickets, we will cease sales. We will sell out, so the sooner you get your tickets, the better. Tickets are first come, first serve, and guests must pay a $5 fee for each pet you plan to bring (2 pets maximum, 55 dogs total allowed).

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
As of July 20th, all ticket sales are final and NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. We have a waiting list for tickets. If you want your name added in the event of a cancellation, please contact Wigglebutt Warriors founder, Carol Bryant, at fidoseofreality@gmail.com."

OLDE TOWNE PET RESORT'S PET POLICY
Each pet attending Wigglebutts Go Hollywoof must have a valid rabies vaccine as required by the State of Virginia. It is also "recommended" that dogs have the distemper and bordatella vaccines although it not a requirement to attend the event.
Each guest bringing a four-legged furry friend pet is required to complete and sign the Olde Towne Pet Resort's Pet Policy -- click here for the form. Please email the policy page and vaccine verification to Carol Bryant at fidoseofreality@gmail.com by Friday, August 15, 2014. You may also fax the info to Carol's attention at 570-338-2689.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Olde Towne Pet Resort is only a resort for pets. So we have identified a pet friendly hotel for our guests and their furry family members to stay together near the Olde Towne Pet Resort -- the Hyatt House Sterling/Dulles Airport-North. We have a block of rooms reserved just for our event. Special deal includes a $79 room fee and a waiver of the $75 pet fee. NEXT DAY GATHERING AT BARREL OAK WINERY IN DELAPLANE, VIRGINIA
Join us on Sunday, September 21st from 1-5pm at the Barrel Oak Winery in Delaplane, Virginia for a day of wine tasting if desired, picnicking with your friends, dog-friendly fun, and a get together in a relaxed, casual, post-Hollywoof setting. There is no fee to join us, but you may partake in the wine tasting for a fee. Click here for all the details. GALA BENEFACTORS
OBG Cocker Rescue: Established in 1996, OBG is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of cocker spaniels and mixes in the mid-Atlantic region - primarily DC, MD and VA.
Many people think the name “Oldies But Goodies” references the senior dogs that were saved by OBG; however, legend has it that the name “Oldies But Goodies” came about because our founder said that people threw out dogs like a pair of old shoes (no matter what their age).
