A Discussion with David Lloyd, former director of Family Advocacy Program with Office of Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Military Community.

As director of Family Advocacy Program, Lloyd developed DoD policy and conducted oversight of the military services' prevention and treatment of child/spouse abuse programs. Prior to this, he served as director of the National Center of Child Abuse and Neglect, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
