In this fun and exciting hands-on 4-week cooking class series aspiring young chefs will reach new levels of culinary sophistication as we explore the recipes and cuisines of different countries in addition to the unique regional cuisines within the US. In each class we learn about and prepare a number of relevant and skill building recipes, all the while reinforcing basic cooking and baking skills (that are also great math, reading and team building boosters!). We’ll taste everything we cook in class and sometimes have extras to send home! Knife skills, kitchen safety, cleanliness and healthy eating habits will be incorporated into every class.
1 registration = 4 classes for 1 child
Class is held every Monday for 4 weeks from February 10th - March 10th from 4pm - 5:30pm. (There will be no class on Monday, February 24th)
