Speakers
We've arranged for an outstanding line-up of guest speakers for Incourage 2014. You'll be inspired by Tri Robinson, the founding pastor of the Boise Vineyard. He served as 
a Regional Overseer and as a Board Member for the Vineyard movement. Tri will be speaking on the importance of Church and Life Vision.
Gary Best is a well known leader in the Vineyard movement. 
He served as the National Director of Vineyard Churches, Canada for twenty years. Gary and his wife, Joy, own and operate a retreat and training center for leaders called Dominion Hill. Gary is the author of Naturally Supernatural, and speaks at conferences world wide. Gary Best will be speaking on 'Life in the Spirit.'
Finally, we will be hearing from our Regional Leader, Jon Sterns, as he talks 
about living out your calling. Growing up as a pastor's kid, he made two vows to his wife Kitty: he would never be a pastor, and he would never live in Florida. However, God's plan won and they spent 12 years in Florida serving as an Associate Pastor at the Tampa Vineyard and eventually planting the Clearwater Vineyard. In 2004, they parachuted into the Nashville area to plant the Franklin Vineyard. Jon has served as Regional Leader for Vineyards Southeast for 2 years and a Area Pastor in Florida and Tennessee for 14 years.
Additionally, we will have morning and evening devotional talks from those within our region on growing in worship, the Word, and the Spirit.

It's Time For Incourage 2014!
One of the great things I love about the Vineyard Movement is knowing I am a part of a larger community of churches. When we come together as a family and lean on and support one another, there's nothing quite like it. This conference has been designed to pour in courage during these challenging days. Now is the time for His Church not to shrink back, but to continue to press into our callings as leaders. Like Bill Hybels once said, "The Church is the hope of the world." I believe that!
Our prayer is that you’ll be making plans in your calendar and budget (along with your team) to join us at Incourage 2014, the Southeast Vineyard Leadership Conference in beautiful southeastern Tennessee. We’ll be at the Historic Chattanooga Choo-Choo Hotel, where we will meet together, eat together, have play time together and enjoy the amentities of the hotel and the city of Chattanooga!
Our guest speakers for this conference are Tri Robinson and Gary Best. We'll also be hearing from others from our region. Together we will dig down and be "incouraged" to step into our destinies and impact our communities through church planting, birthing new ministries and becoming courageous leaders. Additionally, I believe you'll receive fresh blessing from the Holy Spirit.

Meal Plan for the Chattanooga Choo-Choo - Kids under 10 eat free at the Choo-Choo with the parent's meal. Reduced pricing for the Vineyard Southeast for the breakfast buffett.
Incourage Children
Newborns-Kindergarten: The Incourage pre-school kid’s program will be provided for newborns through kindergarten age and will include lots of fun, playtime, and activities in the children’s area.
1st-4th Grades: Your kids will have a fun and enriching experience, with a solid Vineyard curriculum, full of games and activities.
Incourage Youth
Middle and High School for rising 5th-12th Grades: Teen’s from rising 5th-12th grade will be Incouraged in sessions designed specifically for them. Each day, we will worship with our families in the main auditorium and be dismissed for a time of teaching and training by some of our regional pastors and youth pastors.
Tuesday afternoon will include a trip to downtown Chattanooga where we will participate in outreach opportunities followed by activities at Coolidge Park. We will provide a t-shirt to each student at registration that they will wear during this outing.
Wednesday afternoon will be packed with fun as the students will enjoy the day at Lake Winnie, an 
adventure park full of thrill rides, as well as a newly built 5-acre water park. (This is a tentative activity for youth at this time)
