Trane Tracer SC Operation Training 

In the Tracer SC™ Operation course, students learn to operate and modify an installed TracerSC™ system. This highly interactive course includes presentations and hands-on workshops where students practice using the software applications integral to a Tracer SC™ building management system.

At the end of this course students are able to:

  • Monitor and control building mechanical systems
  • Respond to alarm conditions
  • Create custom alarms
  • Generate reports and data logs
  • Create custom time-of-day schedules
  • Learn how time-of-day, area, and variable air system applications work together to control your air side systems.
  • Respond to hot and cold calls
  • Utilize contract documentation to identify control component locations. (Trane control drawings and mechanical prints)

Q: If I have a Tracer Summit system, should I come to this class?                                                                              A: If you want to learn more about this upgraded system and it's functions, then Yes!

Q: Will you be offering a Tracer Summit system course this year?                                                                                A: YES! On May 1st, 2014 we will hold our Tracer Summit Users conference. More info is coming soon!

Continuing Education Units

Upon successful completion of this course, students receive a certificate of achievement and earn 2.2 CEUs according to criteria set by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (Washington, DC). To successfully complete this course, the student must attend all class sessions, complete the workshops and quizzes throughout the course, and turn in an evaluation.

Cost of this Course

The fee for this course is $800 per student or $700 for two or more from the same company.
