SUCCESSFUL BID PROTESTS -

ROADMAP FOR CONTESTING

PROCUREMENTS

The Government must generally provide companies an equal opportunity to compete for contracts. Contractors have a right to protest Government solicitations and contract awards that they perceive to be unfair. Successful protesters are entitled to remedies that may include correcting the bidding process or recovering money damages. But to prevail, companies must recognize the circumstances that provide grounds for protest and then act upon them quickly.

Key highlights include:

  • Pre-Award vs. Post-Award Protests
  • Agency, GAO, and COFC Protests
  • Selecting the Best Protest Forum
  • Protective Orders
  • Critical Time Frames
  • Post-award Debriefings

Who should attend?

This webinar will provide vital procedural and strategic guidance to bid and proposal personnel, in-house counsel, business development managers, employees responsible for contract administration, and technical personnel involved in responding to solicitations.
