DDA Regional Office Staff
This training will focus on determining eligibility for DDA services; deciding RFSCs; the types of hearings offered for different decisions; using the new form letters; preparing for and participating in CRCs; preparing for and participating in hearings; and handling issues pending appeal.
Who Should Attend: This training is ONLY open to DDA Regional Office Staff. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER IF YOU ARE NOT A DDA REGIONAL OFFICE STAFF MEMBER.
