Bite of Yakima 

The Bite of Yakima is a community celebration of Yakima Valley’s unique culinary offerings from local restaurants, confectioners, bakers, food trucks, agricultural producers, manufacturers and more.

The "Bite" gives you the opportunity to sample a diverse range of foods from chips and salsa to chocolates and sausages all in one place, and yo  u get to learn more about area restaurants, expanding your palate. 

Bring a blanket and picnic under one of the Arboretum's many trees, listening to music and sampling some tasty eats.  Or step into the beer tent to sample and purchase specialty wines and beers from around the region.

Guests attending the event will be eligible to vote on his or her favorites with the “People’s Choice Awards”. 

Enjoy a kid’s area, stage entertainment, and all the outstanding food and beverages at the 2014 Bite of Yakima Saturday, June 28th at the Arboretum.

Gates open at 11am and run until 7 pm, giving you a full day to enjoy great eats all on the beautiful grounds of the Yakima Area Arboretum.  Entrance fee is $5 per person at the Gate. Sample prices average Free to $2, so bring your appetite and your entire family!

Part of the proceeds from this event will go to the Yakima Area Arboretum, a 501 (C) 3 non-profit organization.
