Stride for Strong Kids 2014

Hunterdon County YMCA Leaders Club presents the 2nd Annual Stride for Strong Kids.  Leaders Club is a group of middle and high school students who plan and carry out community service activities with the assistance of adult advisors.

The Stride for Strong Kids benefits the YMCA Annual Campaign which gave over $302,000 in financial assistance to over 2,000 residents of Hunterdon County.  This financial assistance allowed families, inviduals, youth and seniors to join the YMCA to be more healthy, stay employed through reduced prices on child care programs and strengthen their family through doing activities together.

Event Information

Registration will begin at 8:00am at Deer Path YMCA with the run starting at 9am and the walk starting at 9:15am.   The event will utilize the 5k running trail at Deer Path Park with the race ending back on YMCA property.   Dog walkers are welcome.  

Refreshments will be available after you finish and activities will be held for our younger spectators during the run/walk.
