Join our head pastry chef and our team of talented bakers to learn how to make perfect gluten-free sweets right in our very own bakery. We offer a relaxed, friendly teaching style that encompasses theory, demonstration, and hands-on participation. In this 3-hour class, you will make two different gluten-free items, and you will learn all about working with gluten-free ingredients and unique alternatives. Like all of our classes, we focus on making our sweets by hand without any fancy equipment so you can take your new skills home for the whole family to enjoy! Great for all skill levels.
