MT GEAR UP Teams:
It's time to register for the Montana GEAR UP Spring Planning Meeting. This annual meeting provides time for your school's GEAR UP team to evaluate data and plan for the fourth year of your GU grant, which coincides with the 2014-2015 academic school year. Our evaluator, Pacific Research Associates will also be joining the meeting.
The meeting will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn on Monday, April 28th through the afternoon of Tuesday, April 29th. Lunch will be provided both days. Breakfast and dinner will not be provided and will need to be claimed on your district reimbursement form. Lodging will be reserved and paid for by MT GEAR UP and will not need to be claimed on your district reimbursement form. If you are wanting to come Sunday, April 27th, you will need prior approval from your School Grant Manager.
*MT GEAR UP will not be responsible for lodging changes that are not completed or approved by the MT GEAR UP Program Coordinator.
*The MCAN meeting will start Tuesday, April 29th at 1pm. If you are planning on attending the MCAN conference, MT GEAR UP will register you as well as reserve your lodging.
*Please note MT GEAR UP expects that all teams car pool per OCHE policy, if you are not able to car pool, please contact your School Grant Manager or Program Coordinator, Aspen Herndon.
*Please be advised that this meeting is required for all school GEAR UP team members as noted on school signature pages.
