VPMA 2014 Exhibitor Registration 

The 2014 Annual Meeting and Scientific is scheduled for June 26-29 at the Williamsburg Lodge in Williamsburg, Virginia. We look forward to having you join us!

We expect approximately 200 Doctors of Podiatric Medicine and 100 Podiatric Medical Assistants and Office Managers to attend.

Exhibit fees are $1100.00 per single exhibit, $2000 per double exhibit,  and $50.00 per electrical outlet. Fees includes exhibit space and registration for 3 representatives. All assignments are made by the executive director, in the order in which received. 

Please note that sponsors are required to pay for exhibit space, in addition to the cost of sponsoring the speaker (I.e., honorarium, transportation, sleeping room).

 Exhibit set up will be Thursday, June 26, 2014 between Noon and 6:00 pm. Exhibits must be ready for business at 7:30 am on Friday, June 27, in time for continental breakfast in exhibits. Exhibits will break down after the morning refreshment break on Saturday, June 28.

Exhibit Hours:
Friday, June 27: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday, June 28: 7:30 am - 12:00 Noon

The Williamsburg Lodge is located at 310 S. England Street, Williamsburg, Virginia 23187. The group rate is $209.00 plus taxes per night for Deluxe sleeping rooms. Group rate is guaranteed through May 23, 2014 or until sold out.
