CANCELLATION/REFUNDS POLICY: We will provide a full refund minus a $25 administration fee for cancellations received prior to April 10, 2014. Cancellations after that date will be liable for the full conference rate. No charge will be made for substitutions. Splitting of registration is not permitted.
