On April 2, 2014, Congress passed and President Obama signed the Protecting Access to Medicare Act (HR 4302) into law. The bill does a number of things including postponing the planned implementation date of ICD-10 from October 1, 2014, to at least October 2015. Given this dramatic change in events the April 26, 2014, CODEquest has been cancelled
