Kelsie Kerr from StandardFare Restaurant
Kelsie's restaurant, opening this month, will offer complete meals and a la carte selections to go. There will be a twist, though. The food be prepared daily from market fresh ingredients (Kerr has worked at Chez Panisse, Cafe Rouge, Zuni Cafe; she is also the co-author of The Art of Simple Food and The Art of Simple Food II), but perhaps more notably, all dishes will be delivered, ready to be heated, in customized handcrafted ceramic pots and dishes from Jered’s Pottery.
