Meet our "Panelistas":

 Greta Caruso from GoodEggs

"Since I was little, it was always so clear: the best moments happen in the kitchen and at the table. I am so  proud of what we're doing at Good Eggs and I can't wait to see the teams in other foodsheds express our mission with their local flavor!"

Luisa Alberto from Sow Juice

With 10 years of experience working in the bay area food scene, including alongside a successful pop-up chef and renowned specialty coffee roaster, somehow a specialty pop-up juice bar seems like a natural progression. Sw was born out of a desire to enjoy and showcase a fresh take on nature’s bounty.

Kelsie Kerr from StandardFare Restaurant

Kelsie's restaurant, opening this month, will offer complete meals and a la carte selections to go. There will be a twist, though. The food be prepared daily from market fresh ingredients (Kerr has worked at Chez Panisse, Cafe Rouge, Zuni Cafe; she is also the co-author of The Art of Simple Food and The Art of Simple Food II), but perhaps more notably, all dishes will be delivered, ready to be heated, in customized handcrafted ceramic pots and dishes from Jered’s Pottery.
